Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the online training and certification platform ("Platform").
By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Grant of License
We hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including but not limited to any content, courses, and materials, remain the sole property of Amp Asset Solutions Ltd or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than those expressly granted under this Agreement.
3. Your Obligations
- You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You shall not copy, distribute, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer your access to the Platform unless expressly permitted.
- You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform or its content.
- You agree not to share your login details or allow unauthorized access.
- You acknowledge that your use of the Platform may be monitored for compliance purposes.
4. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update such information as necessary.
5. Certification and Assessments
- Completion of courses, assessments and the final examination are conditional upon meeting the required standards.
- You understand that certification is awarded at the sole discretion of APSAS Ltd and Amp Asset Solutions Ltd based on your performance and compliance with this Agreement.
- Certificates obtained are valid only if all required assessments are completed satisfactorily.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content, course materials, platform design, and branding are owned by Amp Asset Solutions Ltd or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately if you breach this Agreement or engage in misuse or misconduct.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amp Asset Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amp Asset Solutions Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or your misuse of the Platform.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and will be effective upon posting.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Amp Asset Solutions Ltd concerning your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements.
